The CNL are very proud to have so many trainee/C award & B award umpires. At last years AGM we made a commitment to fully support our umpires with regards to development/mentoring and progression.
We formed an umpiring subcommittee, formed of Jackie Penney, Jackie Rowland and Jo Crowhurst to take on this task. We also made a commitment to our clubs, promising them the right level of umpire for their games and ensuring that all umpires are fit enough to undertake the task in hand. Our subcommittee regularly watch and assess all our umpires and are more than happy to help any develop their umpiring talents further. Please do not hesitate to contact one of the subcommittee members if you would like their support. |
